HORSE RIDING

For those who wish to enjoy the local scenery on horseback why not take a trip to Wardhaugh Farm.

Based in Inverkeithny (near Huntly), in a picturesque location - Wardhaugh Farm are the only indoor riding school in the area. They also have a tack shop on site, and we have a wide range of horses and ponies for all abilities and ages. The riding school puts the fun back into riding whilst providing a safe environment for learning.

The location offers some of the most outstanding scenery in Aberdeenshire, from woodlands and hills to rivers and country lanes, her you can simply enjoy your ride and absorb the location, all in a safe and organised manner.

Pony treks last from one to four hours, naturally the longer rides would suit the more experienced rider.

If you are a real beginner or slightly nervous they can also offer a led ride around the farm in order for you to build your confidence.
